Our client is a Healthcare-IT leader that digitalises, connects, and analyses Singapores Health ecosystem.
They are looking for Application Support Analysts to join their amazing team!

Provide prompt on-site support and applications troubleshooting to users.
Document, and follow through issues raised by users. Escalate issues when appropriate.
Support with the testing and installation of new applications and update patches.
Training users on the use of the applications.
Responsible for regular maintenance checks on the applications.

Job Requirements:
Relevant Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma (e.g. Computer science/engineering, Telecomm, IT)
No experience required, but experience and knowledge in system/software troubleshooting will be an advantage.
Able to work shift hours (Shift allowance will be given accordingly)

Other Info:
Salary: $2,200 to $2,500
Working hour: 5-days shifts/week
Location: Novena
