Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for the management of the private infrastructure investments
  • Completing asset management due diligence investment committee papers
  • Demonstrating good deal judgment, including providing insightful comments on a company's business model and market positioning
  • Independently managing the due diligence support for investments & preparing recommendations for the value creation plan
  • Having the ability to work independently with management team members to drive and deliver value creation within portfolio companies
  • Driving post-investment value creation initiatives as a project management leader, ensuring value creation initiatives are progressing according to strategic and business plans
  • Significant asset management activity, including coordinating performance reporting, incident reporting, cyber security, new legislation, marketing, and other project activities
  • Providing 'best practice' industry benchmarking (i.e. technical, operational) support
  • Undertaking multiple monthly valuation updates of selected assets
  • Developing internal and external presentations
  • Supporting client meetings focusing on methods and case study explanation
  • Develop asset management strategies to meet all safety and business performance objectives
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Implement risk mitigation plans
  • Provide internal business analysis and updates to the stakeholders
  • Attend site visits, inspections, drills and exercises  
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Provide support to Group initiatives as and when required  
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Management or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably managing critical infrastructure assets with exposure to long term concession contract and the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) structure, with minimum 5 years at managerial position in charge of project preparation, contract award, implementation, testing and commissioning, completion and handover
  • Strong industry experience and has demonstrated an ability to work closely with management teams
  • Experience / understanding of accounting / valuation principles
  • Strong intellect, entrepreneurial, and self-directed individual with demonstrable ability to effectively complete tasks with demanding timelines and competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and convince others
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel (some modelling skills required), PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to conduct research
