This is a key role within COO office established to ensure high standards in client engagement for Private Bank through event management and corporate gifting. The positive client experience will translate to client loyalty and deepen customer relationship and a bigger share of client’s wallet.
  • Leverage on business partners to deliver a memorable and seamless event for our high net worth clients
  • Observe business requirements, guidelines, budget and timelines for event management and planning
  • Works closely with business partners / vendors to offer meaningful gifting to clients
  • Ensures sound planning for seasonality gifting and promptness in the adhoc gift requests from business
  • Plans ahead to ensure event calendar and seasonality gifting are in good order
  • Tracks events diligently and ensures the costs are within the approved budget 
  • Thinks out of the box to provide creative ideas and suggestions to business
  • Provides regular updates on the event calendar 
  • Follows protocol and internal guidelines, procedures & regulations including cross border regulations
  • Administrative duties such as process payments, invoices   

  • Degree Holder
  • Financial services industry experience 
  • Ability to multi task and demonstrates good organizational skills on the job
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – deals with external clients, partners and internal colleagues
  • Takes ownership to deliver outstanding results
  • Good planning and organising capability
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong supervisory, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Self-motivated team players with good sales/service aptitude who would enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
