Plan and coordinate end-to-end Digital Banking audits in a risk focused manner regionally.
Evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls to manage operational risk and enable digital customer journey through mobile app/ web/ chatbot/ ecosystem partner’s website.
Implement and execute Continuous Auditing/ Data Analytics to improve audit effectiveness. This includes monitoring key metrics to identify control issues and adverse trends in the control environment.
Assist in formulating/developing digital strategies to drive the next generation of audit for C3 audit
Keep abreast on the development of digital technology and how the banking industry is being re-defined by technological advancement.
Lead experiments to test innovative ideas to keep audit’s relevance in an everchanging environment, and uplift audit’s value-proposition from hindsight to insight to foresight.
Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information System Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital project management and implantation. Candidates with relevant experience in risk and control functions are preferred. Team management experience is a plus point.
Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility.
Energetic and excited about web and mobile technologies and bring digital ideas to real life.
Professional certificate in Business and Data Analytics or Project Management.
Candidates with hands-on experience in data analytics and / or visualization tools such as SAS, QV etc. would have an added advantage.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
