Responsibilities
Performs due diligence on investment and insurance products to be offered by CBG / Wealth.
Supports Wealth SG product teams in the development of new investment product platforms, and on-going maintenance of existing investment product platforms.
Supports development of new investment products to be offered by Wealth business.
Develops training curriculum for staff in Wealth business.
Ensures that investment and insurance products to be offered by Regional CBG / Wealth have been subjected to adequate due diligence in compliance with applicable regulations and policies, and offered to the appropriate customers.
New investment platforms for Wealth SG are launched with appropriate risk controls and processes.
Participates in development of bank-wide Product Risk Rating methodology, and administers the methodology to new and existing products.
Participates in development of bank-wide Product Risk Rating ("PRR") methodology.
Investment products are accurately and appropriately risk-rated as per prescribed Product Risk Rating methodology.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
