Job Description
Role And Responsibilities:-
  • To provide a comprehensive Vendor Surveillance Co-ordination service to current and prospective clients in accordance with all relevant IMS procedures and work systems including but not limited to L3-OCP-002 and all its referenced guidelines.
  • Co-ordinating Vendor Surveillance assignments, liaising between the Client and the field personnel to ensure that the Clients’ Quality requirements are identified in full detail, accurately transmitted between all parties, and met wherever possible.
  • Source, and gain Clients’ approval for appropriate Inspectors with sufficient experience and qualifications that match the Client’s requirements.
  • Liaising with the Client to obtain and appropriately distribute to field personnel, the detailed Assignment Instructions and the relevant Technical Specifications and any associated Drawings, Quality Plans or Inspection and Test Plan documentation. Ensuring that the "Brief for Services" document contains appropriate details to ensure successful completion of the assignment.
  • Perform other ad-hoc admin as and when required.
Minimum Requirement:-
  • Singaporean Preferable
  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in an engineering inspection and quality assurance environment.
  • Co-ordinators must be independent able to multitasking, resolve issues calmly and professionally, with a polite and engaging telephone manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and web based packages, and the ability to learn and work with new software.
  •  Excellent (English) communication skills both verbal and written.
