Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

completion bounus afer 12 months

Monday to Friday only 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

work Location : Near Pioneer, Boon Lay MRT 

Warehouse Admin (1yr contract)


Job resposibilities:

Inventory control:

* Perform daily cyclecount for the warehouse.

*Perform the root cause analysis for any variance parts

*Maintaining & submitting the the cyclecount report weekly

Logistic:

* To ensure timely receipt/issue, maintenance (kept in good condition), and proper identification of materials.

* To ensure tidy and efficient physical Item vs Locator arrangement of materials in warehouse.

* Documentation pertaining to receipt and issuances of materials

* Checking incoming goods for compliance to P.O. and prepare report for non-compliant materials

*On time and quality updates in Oracle ERP

*Responsible for inventory accuracy and maintenance

* On time report submission, execute cycle count, prepare inventory report etc.

*Any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse/Material Leader.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistic or relevant disciplines

*Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

*Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels

* Skills in Microsoft office is essential, able to run reports and analyze data.

Preferred skills:

· Strong oral and written communications skills in English

* Experience in Oracle ERP will be an Added advantage

· Strong interpersonal skills able to work with multi cultural and corporate environment

* Flexible and adoptive attitude is must to meet this fast changing environment

*Multi tasking and adoptable capabilities

* Able to handle goods, unpack and sort out components time to time will be expected

* Able to work in warehouse environment approximately 80% of time
