Job Description
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of sales, marketing and product development initiatives which are targeted at heavy industry manufacturers and project cargo owners. You will be aiming to generate strong sales pipeline of business which generates significant revenue.

• Implementing logistics sales and marketing plans for both local and group management.
• Mapping out and identifying potential customers in the project cargo sector.
• Developing relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Presenting sales pitch to customers.
• Contract negotiation with customers (terms and conditions).
• Develop a customer service culture throughout the logistics team.
• Setting goals for the sales team.
• Preparing reports for senior management to review.
• Observing market/customer trends

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
• Prior exposure to working in industrial logistics and dealing with clients within the same space
• Someone who is hungry for business, active in business development and experienced with onboarding clients.
• Someone who is able to promote the company and not afraid to knock on doors.
