Job Description

The core responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Maintaining the Client's access control database, including the administration and issuance of access cards, and completing online access requests for restricted access in accordance with restricted access policies
Check and action the building access emails and filling accordingly
Running daily reports to ensure all database records are kept up to date and accurate
Producing and collating reports as required for Security and HR investigations
Monitor the hiring and leavers processes
Collating information for audit to make sure there is no breach of compliance, including SOX, Internal Audits and access level quarterly reviews.
Manage and process access control for interns and control image quality
Maintain an inventory of office stock and ordering supplies as necessary
Responsible of the departments invoice processing
Handling requests for information and data
Ensure successful customer service when dealing with clients and visitors
Handling incoming/outgoing calls and face to face enquires
Carrying out routine administrative duties
Arranging couriers to pouch cards to other location
Any other duties which are required for the running of the department
