As our Account Development Representative (ADR) you are accountable for sales opportunities of the companys family of products within your named/territory accounts. Specifically, As our Account Development Representative your primary role is on increasing market share for the companys products through outbound phone calls email within your region.
To be successful you will need to work with internal teams in Marketing and Sales to follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new leads by to identify and qualify opportunities for new business.

Opportunity Assessment: Personally oversee and be the primarypoint-of-contactfor your customers, qualify and analyze customer needs
Account Plan Development:Working with Partner and Channel resources and develop actionable, strategic sales plans for your accounts
Contract Negotiations: Take accountability of contract negotiations
Post Sale Management:Know your customer, understand key contractual obligations, facilitating customer meetings and communications regarding deliverables where necessary
What You Bring With You:
Experience working in an software sales business (security is an advantage)
Experience working in an inside sales role (or extensive outbound customer services experience)
Able to create excellent relationships with your customers and internally across internal teams Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services etc
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to be challenged and a strong desire to learn
An open mind and an appetite for excellence
Fluent in English and Korean
