Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships (from assigned clients).
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Negotiate and close opportunities to maximize profits.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to meet sales quota (increase company's revenue).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of company's products and solutions in accordance with client's needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of business opportunities to internal stakeholders/sales team.
  • Assist with challenging client requests, issues and to follow up with escalations as needed.

Job Requirements:

. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.

. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients.

. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.

- Fresh graduates are welcome.
