Job Description

1. Provide consulting for using the organization's Learning Management System, especially creating curricula,
running campaigns and creating reports
2. Publish courses, which might include running scripts to scormify courses
3. Register users to online courses
4. Create and maintain groups
5. Provide training analytics and reports
6. Relay and address user feedback to corresponding owners
7. Create and deliver related communications
8. Liaise with partners and stakeholders i.e. other admins, vendor customer support, when
necessary.

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. 2-3 years of similar account support or coordination experience
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with employees
remotely
3. Ability to troubleshoot issues and are problem solver
4. Ability to handle data and several topics at the same time
5. Analytical and have a strong eye for details
6. Ability to adapt fast to new situation and are not afraid of changes
7. Demonstration of enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to learn fast
8. Experience working with multiple stakeholders
9. Conflict management

Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. A passion for engineering, tech, and training
