Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead accounts executives/ assistant in the department.
  • Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL), GST submission and tax computation
  • To update and maintain the company’s computerised accounting systems i.e General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Fixed Assets.
  • To prepare annual budget and financial statements for the Company and subsidiaries
  • To prepare monthly management accounts, analyse income and expenditure
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, tax and government authorities where required
  • To implement and monitor internal control and financial procedures
    Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Requirements:
  • Min degree in Accountancy (ACCA, CA qualifications or higher is an advantage)
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required
