  • Perform bookkeeping, assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
  • Verify/process suppliers invoices/DO against our purchase orders
  • Prepare payment - generate payment vouchers, issue cheque or online transfers
  • Perform purchase order entries from customers in the sales module
  • Assist in preparation of shipping & billing documents such as DO & tax invoice for delivery or proforma invoice, AWB and tax invoice for overseas delivery
  • Update/compile work order records for monthly service maintenance billing
  • Accounts payable and receivable update and follow-up

- Generate bi-weekly AP report for tracking & payables approval

- Generate monthly SOA and follow-up on payment due with sales/customers

  • Assist in preparation of the periodical Cash flow analysis and statement, standard balance sheet, profit & loss report, general ledger, trial balances and audit schedules etc.
  • Handle general office administrative matters and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management such as:-

- Purchase of fixed assets/licenses, stationeries and office supplies etc

- Co-ordinate the office maintenance and contracts renewal for air-con servicing, office cleaning, electrical appliances, company vehicles servicing etc

- Assist in booking of accommodation, air ticket, travel insurance for employees

- Assist in organizing company's activities and programs


  • Minimum ITE certification with 2 years of relevant experience or diploma holder in Accounts & Finance
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and MYOB accounting software will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Responsible, Meticulous, good analytical skills, organized and able to multitask
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team working skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
