Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will bresponsible for components of regular financial reporting for local statutory and IFRS in an actuarial capacity.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for complying with the relevant MAS regulatory requirements pertaining to valuation and solvency (RBC) requirements.
  • Responsible for the timely completion and submission of IFRS management reports to relevant senior management and PCA.
  • Work closely with Finance department in the annual business planning process and submissions.
  • Work closely with the modelling team on enhancements and implementation
  • Maintain proper documentation and controls in area of responsibility
  • Provide support on other special projects related to valuation (eg. stress testing, SQL review)

Competencies & Personal Traits
  • Good technical, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in valuation reporting is preferred
  • Hands-on experience on actuarial valuation data processing and management
  • Self-motivated and outcome oriented
  • Good communication skills

Working Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in actuarial roles or positions

Professional Qualifications
  • Good progress in actuarial examinations from a recognized professional actuarial body

  • Degree in Actuarial

  • English
