Job Scope:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
-Liaise with suppliers and customers
-Prepare delivery order
-Filing and simple book keeping
-Tracking and updating of debit and credit
-Tracking and updating receivable and payable
-Prepare proposals and correspondences
-Prepare minutes and reports
-Make travel arrangements
-Liaise between the Director, suppliers and clients
-Coordinating work for other staffs
- Scheduling of delivery, etc
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
