Job Description

• Check and verify Sales and Purchase documents i.e. Bank settlement, IC, Purchase Agreement etc.
• Entry Sales & Purchase details in to CRM
• Establish and Maintain customer and contractors accounts
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
• Maintain and administer Insurance Coverage’s
• Provide administrative support for vehicle transactions
• Handle general and sales/purchase enquirers; including written communication
• General administration duties.
• Any other duties assigned by manager

  • Strong administrative skills, hardworking & well organized
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
