Job scope:
• Handle human resource and finance administration activities.
• Maintain employee information, leave records
• Sourcing of new vendor & support purchase activities
• Vendor liaison / order processing / delivery coordination / Invoice verification
• Handle and ensure accuracy of inventory management
• Handle office and factory maintenance schedule
• Booking of flights, hotels, transport for visitors / staff when required
• Coordinate with customers, sales, production, QC and suppliers
• Provide customer service.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments
• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
• Date entry, document management & filing
