  • Assist in claims submissions via Government Portal
  • Creation Of Course Runs
  • Administrative support related matters in Learners claim/grants
  • Support in class start related matters at different training centres (i.e Enrolment, Digital Attendance, Assessment Submission, reports, Skills Future Credit related matters)

Requirements

  • Meticulous
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Analytical Skills,
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Minimum N level
  • At least 1 year(s) experience in administration role
  • Dynamic individual with service aptitude, passion for service delivery and a proactive approach
  • IT savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft, web-based applications, and Training Management system (Preferably)
