Answer and direct phone calls
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients\/visitors and as well as the main contact person from the Site office staff\/ Drivers & Supervisors
Organize and schedule appointments\/ meeting
Distribute letter, email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports\/ tender documents printing\/ photocopying and etc.
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies\/pantries and research new deals and suppliers list
Maintain and update office and site contact lists
Book travel arrangements for Manager and office staff
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Liaise with Senior Executive to handle requests and queries from senior Managers\/ Directors
Attend to any other admin office related matters
At least GCE \u201cN\u201d\/\u201dO\u201d\/\u201dITE\u201d qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
