We are looking for a highly-capable SharePoint administrator to manage our SharePoint environment. You will be configuring our SharePoint platform, adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures.
To ensure success as a SharePoint administrator, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users. An outstanding SharePoint administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Level 1 or 2 support will include attending to user queries, analysis and investigation of issues reported, ensuring the issues are fixed as per user requirement
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve application issues and user queries
  • Log issues received, track and monitor the progress of fixes in a timely manner, according to established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Assist and involve in change management process (Change Approval, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and verification)
  • Participate in implementation of projects and enhancements to provide inputs and review maintenance support requirements
  • Work with various internal teams and vendors to detect and remediate incidents, problems and changes
  • Perform the necessary procedures and regular tasks (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure the effective and efficient operations management of the SharePoint Server Farms
  • Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform and servers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have/ Be
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
  • At least 2 years experience as a SharePoint administrator.
  • Experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 OOTB features
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
  • Hands-on experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 Installation and configuration.
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
