Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.  

  • Investigate and resolve customer/bank remittances query in accordance with the established service level agreement.
  • Work with business, support , branches, agent banks/correspondent banks in a professional and timely manner .
  • Ensure status of investigation cases are updated in QMS accurately and timely .
  • Timely escalation of exceptional/outstanding/suspicious transactions to team lead for appropriate action.
  • Provide coaching towards new staff onboarded, when necessary.
  • Other assignments given from time to time .

  • Requirements
  • GCE ‘A’ levels and above
  • Prior experience of banking operations and practices favourable
  • Good knowledge of remittance products.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer knowledge like Microsoft Office required
  • Good team player
