We are seeking for a Techno-Functional Lead position for Cross Border & Domestic Payments rollouts in Asia.
The successful candidate will lead Solutioning & technology road map for the organization by conducting evaluation, choosing the best Technical framework, and providing proven solutions for all technical and business requirements. Work with Development team and support delivery of solutions across board. Candidate will interact with the key stakeholders from product, operations, and other teams for handling of application activities & new projects. The candidate will also interact with development Project Manager, the development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS platforms.
He/she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility. The candidate will be a rigorous technical manager with a strong understanding of how to build scalable, enterprise level global applications
The ideal candidate will be dependable and resourceful software professional who can comfortably work in a large development team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high-pressured environment is essential.
Functional/Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong Domain experience on Payments: ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, FX & Liquidity, Domestic RTGS networks like MEPS+, CHATS
  • Experience in Financial industry and lead payments Transformation & Implementation.
  • Strong architect experience with Enterprise Architecture, Java/J2EE, spring, Spring Boot MVC, JMS/IBM MQ, App Server like WAS, JBoss, Weblogic and Tomcat.
  • Hands on architect experience on Elastic Search, Distributed Cache, IBM MQ, Kakfa Messaging Queue.
  • Architecture solution Experience on Java Web Components, Web Services and SOA.
  • Strong experience on solution and implementation of Resilient, stable and robust application.
  • Strong experience on memory management & performance tuning in Java and DB
  • Hands on experience on application solution and implementation.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Database. Should have hands-on experience in DB2, SQL, Oracle Performance tuning and analytics
  • Worked on source code management such as SVN, GIT, Bit Bucket.
  • Significant experience with Java Web Components, Web Services and SOA.
  • Exposure to implementation of micro services-based components using the Java stack
  • Strong knowledge on Agile, SDLC, STLC process, UAT and Business Analysis process.

Responsibility
  • Lead Architecture & technology road map for the organization by conducting evaluation and providing proven solutions for all technical and business requirements.
  • Work with Infrastructure partners and external vendors for evaluation & issues on various technical components
  • Work with Development team and support delivery of solutions across board

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 14+ years of Functional & Technical experience on Payments and Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading globally distributed development teams successfully
  • Demonstrated people and technical management skills
