Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Supply Chain management application support and maintain a 24*7 uptime
Provide on-call support on production incident problem
Coordinate between the business and offshore team to meet all the business expectations and deliver the customer service effectively
Interact with Business Users, IT Managers, technical staff, SMEs to obtain clarifications, requirements or any other issues that may be raised by Support team
Ensure SLA / KPI compliance and metrics reporting

Role requirements:

Previous working experience in AS400
Extensive knowledge on RPG ILE concept
Hands-on Experience in:
o WRx applications
o Service delivery using ITIL Framework
o Store operation
o Interfaces
o Retail domain
Knowledge on EDI AS400 JOB Scheduler File transfer
Experience in troubleshooting the various interfaces to the backend systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
