JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage shares matters (e.g. share portal, grant and vesting)
  • Flexible benefits enrolment
  • Manage insurance
  • Liaise with flexible benefits administration provider on monthly data exchange
  • Work with Corporate HR & Finance on statutory/financial reporting & disclosures on remuneration matters
  • Participate in Compensation & Benefits surveys
  • Overseas payroll
  • Manage long service awards
  • Manage invoice and cross-charging
  • Welfare admin support (e.g. getting fruit basket, wreath).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Service mindset
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Team player
