  • Support the management reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for key departments.
  • Monthly close diligence including working with Finance Shared Service Centre to review data to ensure accuracy of financial results in areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Publish financial and non-financial results to Business Units, highlighting trends and meaningful business insights to influence business decisions.
  • Identify areas of opportunities and work cross-functionally to drive improvements.
  • Effective partnership and support to the Business Units, including analyses of store financial performance and new business / cost saving opportunities.
  • Develop financial models and analyses for new strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare financial presentation packages for Management and Board.
  • Lead and participate on any ad-hoc initiatives and projects.

  • A university degree and / or a professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting or FP&A experience.
  • Strong finance background with business analysis experience.
  • Experience in Retail or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose and present reports, findings and presentations with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, SAP FI and Microsoft Office Applications, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong team player willing to learn and contribute.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
