Ensure all Membership Consultants achieve monthly budget at your allocated club.
Ensure that each club allocated to you achieves their club monthly and annual sales budget.
Grow and mentor a 2IC from your allocated Managers to run your allocated clubs sales during your absence.
Be prepared to take on any extra duties, development or trouble shooting roles as required by the Sales Manager.
Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets.
Take overall responsibility for attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results.

Manage the day to day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence.
Ensure the delivery of an excellent member service.
Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities.
Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club.
2+ years’ experience with previous experience of leading and managing team. Experience in health/service or hospitality/retail is a plus
Good leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent
Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges
Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills
Good communication skills with all levels of the business
Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
