Job Description


To direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the Company with a view to increasing the Company's market share, promoting customer satisfaction, strengthening team work and optimizing the Company's productivity and cost effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships, develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts
  • Stay apprised of market development and business needs of customers and to generate up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities to maximize company revenue
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing high standard of services
  • Support the teams in managing Data Centre projects and facilities with quality and cost-effectively
  • Build and maintain strong connections with both the local teams and the teams of the Group in overseas.
  • Maintain good communication with and report to the General Manager in Hong Kong timely

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 15 years of working experience with minimum 10 years of people management experience, experience in data centre industry preferable
  • Understanding of DC operations and related facilities management a must
  • Outstanding project management and vendor management skills
  • Strong business acumen, responsive, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, strong planning and execution capability
  • Good leadership skills and a team player
  • Excellent communication in both spoken and written English
