We are hiringAssistant Housekeeper.

  • Responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in managing of the day to day operations of all Housekeeping functions.
  • To ensure that all Housekeeping duties are carried out to the highest standard.
  • To prepare daily and monthly scheduling to ensure adequate manpower.
  • To assist and maintain in control of guest rooms & public area supplies.
  • To conduct checks on condition of furniture of fixtures and fittings.
  • To continually supervise, coach, train and retrain all housekeeping personnel.
  • To enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department
  • To maintain effective communication within housekeeping, front office and engineering team.
  • To attend to complaints and requests.

Job Requirements
  • Possess minimally an "O" / "N" Level in or any other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years previous experience in a similar position in Hotel environment.
  • Energetic, confident and driven with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel.
  • Willing to work shifts during weekends and public holidays.
