Job Description :
We are seeking an alumni relations professional to manage and support alumni engagement initiatives, leverage students/alumni network resources and talents, and align University Advancement Office (UAO) resources with NTU Stakeholder needs in alumni engagement. The Assistant Manager would partner and support alumni programs in collaboration with Schools to create and maintain pathways for alumni participation that advance the goals of the University
  • Manage and support alumni engagement programs.
  • Partner and support alumni programs in collaboration with Schools.
  • Facilitate the programmes of various schools & alumni associations assigned to the Manager’s portfolio.
  • Organize Milestone Class Anniversary Reunion Celebrations annually, as well as facilitate school-based reunion celebrations.
  • Support signature events such as the NTU Community Programme and NTU Homecoming.
  • Coordinate working committee meetings and the Alumni Council Sub-Committee’s activities.

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience, preferably experience in alumni or student engagement in institutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT tools, especially high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effectively bilingual with good interpersonal, communication and excellent writing skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Enjoy networking with people and possess the strong interaction skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities in an organized manner, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Both a strong leader and a good team player. Pro-active, self-motivated and results-oriented.
