Job Description


• Lead and grow the sales revenue at departmental stores
• Assist SBM in planning new product launches, order forecast and develop BTL promotion for departmental stores
• Plan & manage CRM Program
• Lead and manage Sales Executive, Beauty Advisors
• Improve operation efficiency
Responsibilities:

Promotion & Product Management
• Work with SBM in planning new launches strategies, develop BTL promotion that align with the brand direction including of event, workshop etc.
• Present new product launches and brand initiatives to retailers.
• Key contact person for all in-store promotion support, sales target, event.
• Plan in-store merchandising, product placement, new KV schedule.
• Analyse sell-in and sell-out report, CRM data to evaluate brand and product performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve the result.
• Prepare new products, samples and testers order forecast.
• Involve in new store renovation and opening set-up, merchandising, develop opening promotion.
• Regular stores visit, and constantly communicate with frontline to get feedback on promotion result, customers’ feedback.
• Prepare monthly reports for management meeting
Sales Management
• Set monthly sell-in and sell-out target, campaign target for all stores.
• Improve sales efficiency by stores thru strong support of promotion activity, ensure brand visibility offline and online, performance of Beauty Consultants.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sell-out result, communicate with the team to maximize sales result.
Plan and manage CRM
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies to increase members base, and loyalty of current members.
• Review the existing CRM strategy, research on competitors CRM program, and propose new strategy.
• Prepare CRM report, and share consumer insights or new product planning meeting and post product launch.
• Identifying new leads and target audiences to optimize ROI.
• Work with Marketing Executive to develop and design members monthly newsletter, activity and communications.
• Lead Marketing Executive in all the CRM execution works which including of members communication, members events, redemption gifts forecast and redemption, migrating of database etc.
People Management
• Lead and guide 1 Sales executive, more than 30 Beauty Consultants.
• Conduct yearly appraisal, and monthly sales performance by stores.
• Involve in hiring and coaching of new staff.
• Provide counseling and solve Beauty Consultant issues.
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail Management
• Min. 3 years experiences in Beauty industry
• Familiar with departmental store sales and promotion activity
• Proactive, multitask, work independently, and high level of organization skills.
