Job Description
Reporting to Head of Department, you will be responsible for overseeing Business Office operations. You will lead and train a team of staff in providing consistent, efficient and quality services to patients. In addition, you will be developing and implementing internal control systems and procedures, driving business process improvements and change management initiatives, operationalising national healthcare initiatives and policies, setting the annual work plans and operating budget as well as establishing close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve results and objectives.
Job Requirements
.Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
.At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare industry
.At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
.Confident team player with strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
.Resourceful, highly driven and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment
