Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Part of Group's Corporate Merger and Acquisition team
  • Assess, evaluate and prioritize M&A transactions to best align with corporate strategy and growth objectives
  • Participate in transaction execution including project management, due diligence and valuation. Work closely with business teams, internal functional units, and external advisors
  • Perform detailed financial analysis develop comprehensive pro forma financial models, valuation analysis, and synergy models in support of potential transactions
  • Create and deliver high quality presentation materials and approval papers to business unit leaders and senior corporate executives
  • Performs market research and analysis in order to understand the economic and political environment as well as to evaluate market potential and competitive landscape.
  • Assists in corporate development especially in the formulation of strategies, action plans and target tracking of projects. Support the forecasting and planning process for the Group
  • Any other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of working experience in M&A, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory and/or Corporate Planning
  • Strong financial acumen. Able to independently build comprehensive financial models, conduct financial analysis and valuation
  • Strong Excel skills, Power Point skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate, read and write in Chinese
  • A dynamic individual who is highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and a good team player
  • Able to travel as and when required.
