What the role is
ASSISTANT MANAGER, QUALITY SERVICE OPERATIONS (6-MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT)
What you will be working on
You will be part of the team which continuously looks into enhancing productivity and efficiency of the service delivery chain to meet corporate and PSD standards. You will need to work with other internal divisions and external agencies to consistently improve feedback processes, systems and operations to meet service excellence standards amidst other responsibilities that will be assigned on an ad hoc basis. You should also enjoy working with data and draw useful insights from various feedback channels.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
. Tertiary Qualification in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
. Good verbal and written communication skills required
. Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic team player with good time management
. Customer service-oriented and analytical individual with strong desire to constantly learn and make improvements
. Knowledge of chatbot applications (e.g. AskJamie) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) preferred
. Those without working experience are welcome to apply
