Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to look into how trends and the operating environment impacts STB's work in the areas of data and technology. As part of this endeavour, you will also collaborate with line units to finetune STB's overall strategy in these areas.

You will work with teams across STB, including regional markets as well as the analytics and insights team to develop and analyse STB's performance targets. As part of this endeavour, you will also be able to design and facilitate some of the planning platforms in STB’s corporate planning cycle to help line units synthesise and prioritise their work plans.You will support the Board Secretary in overseeing matters related to the Board of Directors, especially in areas such as Board engagement and term renewals.

You will work closely with MTI on relevant meeting platforms.


Key relationships:

Internally, you will need to work closely with all the line units across STB. Externally, you will need to maintain a good working relationship with other government agencies and various teams in MTI.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and good in data analytics
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skill, and has a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Well organised, meticulous and resourceful.
• Excellent written, presentation, communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills and business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power point is necessary.
• Experience in strategy or planning related work in the area of events management and incentive management would be an advantage.
