Summary

Responsible for the general operation of food service operations. Responsible for promoting good staff / customer relations through consistent implementation of company standards.

What We Are Looking For

Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee general operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain a close and professional working relationship with the kitchen team at all times.
  • To assist the Restaurant Manager with the various daily and monthly reports.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise, lead & motivate service team provide excellent customer service and to achieve sales target.
  • Provide training to new team mates with the necessary skills to perform their roles efficiently.

Customer Service

  • Receive, review and act upon feedback received from customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of service
  • Have excellent knowledge of company brand / restaurant menu and add value to customer experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role in F&B industry.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude, confident, proactive and place high standards in attention to details.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fantastic team player.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and tech savvy.
