Summary
Responsible for the general operation of food service operations. Responsible for promoting good staff / customer relations through consistent implementation of company standards.
What We Are Looking For
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Maintain a close and professional working relationship with the kitchen team at all times.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager with the various daily and monthly reports.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead & motivate service team provide excellent customer service and to achieve sales target.
- Provide training to new team mates with the necessary skills to perform their roles efficiently.
Customer Service
- Receive, review and act upon feedback received from customers.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of service
- Have excellent knowledge of company brand / restaurant menu and add value to customer experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role in F&B industry.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive attitude, confident, proactive and place high standards in attention to details.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fantastic team player.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and tech savvy.
