Essential Responsibilities include:
  • Overall supervision of operation activities in ensuring productive use of man, process and equipment to meet the company’s objectives
  • Lead, manage and train a team of Waferfab Operators and Technicians in the day-to-day operations to meet daily production targets.
  • Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
  • Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
  • Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
  • Engage specialists regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions.
  • Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.
  • Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues so as to be able to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to
  • resolve them.
  • Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity.
  • Engage support groups like IE and Engineering to ensure accurate and up-todate assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling.
  • Drive quality and productivity improvement projects.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
  • Able to perform 12 hour permanent/rotating shift.
