Job Description

  • Provide 24x7 support to corporate customers
  • Perform 24x7 shift duties and on standby on a need to basis
  • Customer fronting to interact & communicate with customers to understand their issues & resolve as per agreed SLAs
  • Handle Escalations from customers and other Singtel teams.
  • Work closely with various Singtel teams on Fault resolution and provide timely updates to customers
  • Work on Complex/technical incidents and follow all the necessary
  • Incident processes as defined Work with the Shift Manager/Operations Manager to review and improve operational processes for ease of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversees problem and incident management systems.
