Job Description
  • Prepare employment contracts, medical exclusion letter, on-boarding forms, etc.
  • Create and maintain employee information in SAP.
  • Follow up on required on-boarding documents.
  • Liaise with resigned staff on exit clearance, prepare acceptance of resignation letter, update SAP and payroll for final payment and leave encashment, if any.
  • Check and process invoices related to placement fees, manpower cost and MOM billing.
  • Process staff pass access and distribution.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel such as vlookup and pivot table
  • Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
  • Good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Team player and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
