What can you expect
  • Lead executive rewards consulting projects as a project director, from business development to project delivery (supported by a Senior Principal/Partner where needed for Board level engagements)
  • Design relevant, competitive and creative executive compensation programs (including pay benchmarking, short and long term incentive design) in alignment with clients rewards philosophy and business challenges
  • Analyze and interpret client and market financial performance and strategy data, often extracted from annual reports, to ensure proposals are grounded in
  • Manage key annual retainer based executive compensation advisory work and relationships
  • Develop your understanding of accounting and tax implications for various Equity programs in particular, as well as equity valuations

We will count on you to:
  • Work independently and mentor project team members to deliver rewards consulting projects
  • Give advisory and run webinars/group chats across our Mercer clients across all rewards domains/topics to identify broader opportunities
  • Harness point-of-view on new developments in executive rewards and present point-of-view as an expert in conferences
  • Facilitate senior stakeholder and Board presentations to present proposed solutions and strategies
  • Work with clients across a variety of industries and countries (consultants will be given the opportunities to lead consulting projects across ASEAN region)
  • Conceptualise and lead your very own 'passion project' with the aim of developing new products or solutions to bring to market

What you need to have:
  • Experienced in executive compensation/executive rewards advisory and design for minimum 8-10 years in a consulting or in-house role
  • Experienced in senior stakeholder management
  • Passionate in HR & Rewards
  • Good at conducting and reviewing analysis using various tools & techniques commonly applied in the executive rewards domains
  • Experience in handling projects and initiatives related to Executive Rewards & Benefits

What makes you stand out:
  • Experience of Executive Compensation or Executive Rewards from a Consulting background as a revenue generator and business developer and a trusted adviser with great reputation in the market.
  • A Consultant who has moved in house into a senior level C&B role handling exec comp/ exec rewards and wanting to make a come-back to an exciting and fast pace consulting environment and build a name for themselves within the Exec Comp/Exec Rewards space.
  • Technical expertise in Exec Comp/Exec Rewards and senior enough to be at the level to take their skills to the next stage with the passion and drive to succeed and stand out to the HR community.
