Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a 'Safety First, Quality Always' mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
Based in Singapore, this position will report to the Site Leader to meet production targets/schedules while maintaining satisfactory standards of Good Manufacturing Practice, safety, and housekeeping.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Responsible for completing all assigned pharmaceutical operations, ensuring accurate documentation completion on modules
  • Performs equipment cleaning/maintenance/calibration and MSU on any 1 of 3 modules: Dispensing/Charging/Blending, HSM, Compression and supports equipment cleaning for all operations
  • Responsible to support IQ/OQ/PQ when assigned and to maintaining good facility housekeeping
  • Responsible to participant in Kaizen events in pharm operations in accordance with Kaizen plans when assigned

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Diploma or Technical School graduate with back ground in operations and maintenance in pharmaceutical environment
  • 2 years++ of working experience with strong background in operation of chemical/pharmaceutical systems including hands on experience
  • Understand safety procedures/practices.
  • Familiarized with cGMP working environment
  • Must be willing to accept the following work conditions:
  • Work location: Tuas (Shuttle bus provided)
  • 12-hours rotating shift (day/night)
  • Cleanroom environment with full gowning
