ABOUT Group Quality & Service Excellence (GQSE)
We are a diverse group of around 20 individuals based in Singapore and Malaysia. Our team members are either ex-consultants with financial industry experience or experienced change practitioners from leading financial institutions/global MNCs.
Our mission is to be the trusted advisor and partner to senior management and their teams in transforming their organizations for the future. We help senior stakeholders shape their strategic agenda and work closely with their leadership teams to define their strategic priorities and transformation roadmap. We also partner these leadership teams in driving their most complex cross-functional initiatives. We measure our success by the lasting value that we create for OCBC.
You will have the opportunity to work on the most important initiatives across OCBC. The work is project-based and broad ranging, spanning across divisions and geographies. As an AVP, you will work closely with the seniors within the division owning key analyses/workstreams of a project. Depending on the nature of the project, you may also get the opportunity to lead a project on your own.

ROLE & responsibilities
  1. Drive and lead cross-functional workstreams/projects using suitable methodical approach/tools which typically involves aligning objectives, planning and conducting analysis, working with agile teams, synthesizing conclusions, and making recommendations to achieve project outcomes
  2. Formulate own point of view and contribute to team discussions
  3. Support/co-drive GQSE initiatives (e.g. peer sharing within GQSE and across OCBC)

At present, we are looking for individuals with strong project facilitation and delivery experience to complement our existing team. The candidate should offer good knowledge with a ‘consulting toolkit’. The candidate must have at least 3 years of practical experience involving in formulating strategy, transformation and business/organisational change initiatives.
In an ideal candidate, we look for:
  1. Proven experienced in facilitating and managing large-scale projects in strategy, digital transformation and/or organisation change with demonstrable results, and the ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver under pressure.
  2. Possesses strong capacity for digital research, analytical, conceptual thinking and communication for business operating model design, data modelling and process innovation
