This highly-capitalized financial institution has multiple investments across various industries in the region. There is now an opportunity for an experienced Learning & Organization Development specialist to join them in support of their talent management initiatives and programs.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, you will champion an innovative approach to learning that enables employees to customize training packages unique to their personal development goals. You will tap on both traditional and cutting-edge sources of learning solutions to cater to the diverse employee headcount, and ensure a stable pipeline of talent is groomed to support the organisation’s strategic goals. You will utilize HR analytics and data-based performance metrics to identify high-potential talent and set them on a unique career path aimed at maximizing their potential.In addition, you will partner with other CoEs to ensure that these talent solutions integrate with other HR functions.
You are degree qualified with a minimum of 6 years of HR experience in a Learning and Talent Development function. You are experienced working in a matrix organization at a global MNC. You are an influential voice, and possess strong ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders. Experience in SAP or SAP Success Factor will be an advantage.
