Business Analyst (IT) – Contract role

Job Description

You will be part of a team who are in the process of designing, building and enhancing their customer website across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support the new customer website project
• Analyze and document business requirements and processes and communicate these requirements across the regional business. You will be working closely with business stakeholders, development team and test teams (offshore and onshore).
• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
• Assists in coordinating business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide support to other team members.
• Regularly review project performance within the organization to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with key business process owners to enhance the reputation of the project team as a trusted business partner
• Seek to identify new processes and procedures to better exploit the technology portfolio to deliver enhanced value
• Undertake business analysis to understand new business requirements and develop ideas to enhance existing systems to meet those requirements
• Enforce strong governance processes to manage enhancement demand, ensuring technology resources are deployed to deliver the best value
Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Business Analyst Experience
• Experience working on building Post Login Customer Website.
• Experience working on JIRA would be beneficial
• Experience working with off shore dev teams.
• Good Communicator / Able to handle stakeholder management.
• Life insurance experience an advantage
