Job Description


  • Follow up closely, secure and grow the sales of existing product portfolio .
  • Support Management in driving the sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare action plans to search for international sales leads and prospects.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Negotiate and Close Agreements with Large Customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage existing key account customers and establish new prospective customers.
  • Establish regular point of contact with clients to build and maintain a cordial relationship.
  • Attend to enquiries and assist customers on matters related to commodities.
  • Ability to handle overseas Buyers,Suppliers,Agents & Transporters independently.
  • Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.
  • Collaborate with Documentation, Accounts, procurement department to determine best practice for customer relationship management for stakeholders from Europe, North America, South America and Asia and wherever there is presence of Seastarr's business operations


  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics and Suggest Improvements
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Forecasts.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
  • Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Senior Manager.

Required Profile:

  • Candidates with prior experience of working in a Trading/Import-Export firm will be preferred with Sales Background.
  • Is proactive and relies on experience and judgement to plan or accomplish goals.
  • Should be able to achieve mutually discussed pre-defined international sales targets.
  • Should be fluent in English with good communication skills
