The Opportunity
  • Office Location: Pasir Panjang Rd
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday
  • 12 months contract (long term renewable/convertible; based on performance and business requirements)
  • Regional exposure and good career progression
  • Basic + quarterly commissions

The Talent
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Admin or related fields, or equivalent practical experiences.
  • At least 3-5 years+ experience in Business Development/Tech sales, specifically prior experience in Demand Gen/qualifying leads/social selling and cold calling
  • Strong communication and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Prior experience in Consultative selling is a good advantage
  • Prior experience in Tech industry and corporate environment is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of CRM applications

The Job
  • Generate qualified customer leads through social selling, cold calling, physical mail campaigns, responding to inbound leads and marketing promotions
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations
  • Develop strong relationships with, and assist the sales process for territory based Account Executives
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
  • Learn and understand company's products, competitors and positioning within industries
  • On-time submittal of weekly/monthly activity reports
  • Use company CRM application to accurately track all activity and customer interactions
  • Exercise judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action while working towards increased productivity
  • Present solutions in a compelling, positive and professional manner
  • Utilize Outreach.io for prospect and customer engagement
  • Ensure inbound marketing activities are actioned according to Marketing SLA's
  • Follow CRM Hygiene responsibilities within CRM Process
