Job Description

Business Support Executive
A) General Admin
Be a single contact point for the team/department
Travelling arrangement
Meeting arrangement – room & refreshment
Arrangement for new staff & resign staff
Raise documents for management approval
Email BOD to request for DOs
Update warranty entries in SAP to indicate the start/end date.
Email BOD to request for back to back contract and DOs
Update and Maintain Customer Inventory List and Contracts
Others ad-hoc request
B) Bulk Tender related support
C) Generate Reports; weekly, monthly, quarterly, and adhoc report
Knowledge and Skills:
O or A level with at least 3 - 5 years of experience
Prefer one with relevant experience in an IT service oriented environment.
Skillful with Microsoft Office esp. with Microsoft Excel
Soft skills - good communication and build good working relationship
Team player whilst being able to work independently
Good attitude and keen to learn
