What will you do
Job Responsibilities
  • Procurement of Direct/Indirect Buy/Services
  • Execute Direct/Indirect Buy/Services strategy with various departments to support each functions and cost center with optimum quality, delivery and cost
  • In charge of company internal party order management, able to conduct meeting with USA in regular basis.
  • Coordinate SUT team -all departments for order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate and support in any sourcing activity
  • In charge of company contract management, coordinate with various departments on any new contract requirement and regular renewal follow up
  • Follow procedure to get master item set up and system information maintenance.
  • Follow the procedure to set up new vendor in ERP system
  • Prepare monthly report per template given
  • Prepare key service suppliers KPI
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance on any supplier documents related issue
  • Involve in internal and external audit activity
  • Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods

Requirement & Experiences
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Purchasing
  • At least 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Integrity, team player, resourceful, highly motivated and responsible
  • Willing to learn and multitask when required
  • Good in Internal and external communication, collaboration and hosting meeting
  • Support and promote company core values (4I) and improvement plan (PPI)
  • Adhere to any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors
  • Good knowledge of ERP system

Working Location : Joo Koon Circle
Working Hours: 8am - 5.15 pm (Monday to Friday)
