Role

We are currently looking for a Casual Game User Acquisition & Monetization Manager to join our exciting and ever-growing team. As User Acquisition & Monetization Manager, you will have a clear and direct impact in terms of growth of our games user base by ensuring that our games reach our target user base. This will be done via multiple tools, including performance marketing or any tools that you may be accustomed to.

Responsibilities:

. Setting up and optimizing player acquisition campaigns for your Apps portfolio on the advertising networks (Facebook, Google Adwords, video network, etc.) based on ROI performance indicators

. Setting up and optimizing the monetization of inventory on your Apps with a view to enhancing key indicators such as the fill rate, CPM, etc.Ad campaigns analysis and optimization (ROI driven)

. Deploying A/B tests on your Apps and sharing insights with the User Acquisition & Monetization team Always find new creative ways to improve your work and performance

. Supervising the creation of advertising assets with the Creative team and managing/improving their performance in your campaigns

. Take actions to optimize the team's organization and process

. Monitoring the development of our automation platform: in direct contact with our Dev Tools team, you will contribute to the design of business tools followed by the development of a platform intended to optimize the performance of our campaigns and our monetization.

. Proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges

. Advanced knowledge of Excel & experience of statistical analysis tools including, R, Python, SQL and any other programming language experience

. Self-motivated individual who is willing to take charge of issues and not afraid of tackling in order to solve them convincingly based on data analysis and ROI driven decisions

. Updated on the latest trends within the industry and apply improvements when necessary

Bonus to have:

. Good experience in App Monetization

. 3+ years of working experience

. Track record with successful mobile games

. Good knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords,...)

. Good knowledge of tracking systems (TUNE, Appsflyer, Adjust)

. Good knowledge of ad mediation tools

. Proficiency in Chinese both written and verbally
