The mission of Pacific Reseller Operations is to be the voice of Reseller Channel within Operations to ensure our products are in the right places at the right time, supporting Sales and our Partners to achieve Apple's financial goals. We are focused on designing and managing our supply chain as efficiently as possible, in order to maximise sell through while aiming for a frictionless Channel Fulfilment and Returns experience for our partners. Within the Reseller Operations team, the Channel Fulfilment Lead is responsible for driving continuous innovation by designing practical solutions to complex cross functional recurring issues that enables fulfilment and execution with speed, cost and quality at the highest levels.

Key Qualifications

  • +5 years of relevant experience in an Operations role such as but not limited to Industrial Engineering, Fulfilment, Returns & Logistics Management. Evidence of increased scope and responsibility over time is preferred
  • Self starter that takes initiative, accepts change and has an affinity to challenge the status quo
  • Expert in analysing large datasets and blending quantitative-qualitative data in order to obtain insights and spot root causes/opportunities to complex problems
  • Strategic problem solving ability to design and operationalise solutions from concept to implementation independently
  • Proven leadership skills to lead sophisticated projects and inspire change within and across functional departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to foster relationships and influence across various levels of the organization ranging from executives to peers
  • Proven ability to create presentations, pitch ideas and obtain buy-in from all stakeholders (including executives)
  • Expertise on ERP, analytical and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel (e.g. Macros, VBA), Tableau
  • Experience / Knowledge of customs and/or import-export regulations within Asian countries
  • Japanese and Korean Language proficiency is an added advantage


- Define the PAC Delivery & Returns Optimisation Roadmap and drive efficiencies by identifying opportunities, defining initiatives and leading the delivery of impactful projects or solutions - Develop Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in tools and processes to be able to lead system enhancements, capabilities and process improvements. Develop deep knowledge on Australian Consumer Law (ACL) returns landscape - Review and conduct audits across PAC Channel fulfilment processes to ensure SOX Compliance and present results or findings to internal/external auditors - Improve key performance indicators (KPIs) by root causing issues, designing solutions, developing business cases and obtaining leadership buy-in on new ideas that shapes the PAC landscape - Prepare and participate in Sales and Ops Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with leadership - Provide clear and effective leadership updates on insights and performance of PAC Fulfilment, Cost, Service Level or Work Driver KPIs - Represent Pacific Operations in New Global or Regional Capital / Non-Capital Tool & Projects that shapes the future of PAC Fulfilment (e.g. business requirements definition, UAT) - Plan and lead New Product Introduction Execution activities such as Launch Execution Planning, System Configurations, Order Repricing/Cancellations and Returns when required - Responsible for designing or refining Processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - Mentor and train Channel Fulfilment Analysts

Education & Experience
